If you’ve never done yoga before…
start with Restorative or Slow Flow. You’ll become acclimated with postures, have time to learn at a slower pace and build the framework for a practice that will feel like a breath of fresh air!
If you’ve practiced before and want to maintain your pace…
take Archetype Flow or Katonah Yoga. You’ll get you moving, refine poses, measure up, and re-orient to develop new tools to enhance your practice.

Restorative yoga not only restores, but promises to reform and renovate. This slower paced class will remedy the toll daily movements and habitual patterns make on the body by utilizing props as scaffolding, imaginative breath work and time to properly set up and fully investigate each pose.

A classical Hatha yoga practice layered with theory sourced from Taoism, Chinese medicine, sacred geometry, and mythology. This workshop style class will cultivate techniques for personal integration and communal well being.
