Self-care Sunday's are for therapeutic yoga, sound bath and cranial sacral therapy

Every Sunday, we focus on the energy of renewal to help our students recharge for the week ahead and set aside time to make it a priority. Our passionate instructors specialize in working with adults of all ages and stages. We know how important self-care is and we've built our schedule around modalities to help you find ideal healing rituals. Book a one hour private session with one of our incredible instructors on Sunday's at 2pm for the following:

Sessions are non-refundable, may be rescheduled or transferred with a 24hr notice otherwise the session is forfeited.

  • Sara has been teaching privately for over 5 years and built long lasting relationships with students that have spanned over 4 years. Her students appreciate her consistency, variety and overall energy. She looks forward to supporting you with transformational adjustments to refine, reframe and redirect.

Cranial Sacral Therapy
  • Ryan McMillan was inspired to learn the technique of CST after receiving treatments to relieve chronic back pain and tension. What he experienced was life changing in the form of improved mood and overall health. He looks forward to supporting the students at Archetype Yoga in their physical and emotional wellbeing.

  • Paulina specializes in trauma informed manual therapy. Each session is centered around respecting the body and mind as a whole to create a safe space to release, relax and rehab.

    Expect your first session to include a 10-15 minute consultation in addition to your 60 minute massage.

Whether blissful or chaotic, with repetition, listeners move closer to resolution and personal growth.

  • Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands on approach to healing physical pain and releasing stress in the body. During the treatment, you will be laying on your back, fully clothed, receiving a light massage on your head, neck, back and sacrum. The light touch enhances your body's natural processes through improving the operation of your central nervous system. CST allows the body to relax and heal through relieving compression and blockages in the head, neck and back. CST can assist the body in recovering from trauma both physical and emotional and leave you feeling restored, relaxed, healthy and balanced.
